I was having a hard time starting a 1999 Suzuki DR 350SE when I heard clicking coming from somewhere.I then found out it was the starter relay. I went on line and found out if theres not enough juice in the battery it won't be able to do anything with the relay. Your lights and horn might work but like I said it's not enough to work the relay. Idon't have a battery charger so thats when i found out that you can do this. Just don't start your car. It'll draw to many amp's and make your day even more miserable than it all ready is.
